You already understand yourself. That is not the thing in the way.
What gets in the way is everything that happens after you decide. The chatter starts. You second-guess something you were certain about a week ago, and you talk yourself back into the version everybody else is comfortable with. And the wanting does not leave. It just goes quiet.
Book a 30-minute call Nine sessions · online · Lead with Confidence app includedNothing is wrong. That is exactly the problem, because nothing being wrong is not a reason to keep going like this.
Books, therapy, a course, a coach. You understand yourself well, and none of it has changed what actually happens on an ordinary Tuesday.
At work, at home, or both. Nobody has asked how you are in a while and you have stopped noticing.
This is not a programme about wanting less. Nobody here is going to suggest you slow down or leave.
Some people have a solid foundation and four walls, and maybe even a roof. What is missing is the windows and the doors. So nothing gets in, nothing gets out, and there is not enough light to see which part actually needs the work.
Somebody else has beautiful windows and no floor underneath them.
Every house is different, and almost nobody is missing everything. What most people are missing is one or two parts they have never been able to see clearly, because they have been standing inside the house the whole time.
That is why there are nine, and why they run in order. You cannot glaze a window into a wall you have not framed, and a roof over a house with no floor is just weather protection for nothing.
Seventy five minutes each, taken in order. You leave every session with one thing you can use that week, not a folder.
Putting down what you have been carrying, then finding what you actually want underneath the sensible answer.
Unlocks · Room. You cannot want anything with both hands full.
Coming off the pace you set when things got hard, and never turned off.
Unlocks · Rest that does not have to be earned back first.
Wanting things again. Properly, rather than politely.
Unlocks · The thing you say out loud instead of on the way home.
Saying no without the apology afterwards. An explanation invites a negotiation.
Unlocks · A no that holds, and stops being reopened.
Receiving, and the people you stopped letting close while you were busy holding everyone up.
Unlocks · Help you can actually accept, and people close enough to give it.
The sentence you have been rehearsing for months and have not said.
Unlocks · The hard conversation now, rather than in six months.
Trusting what you already knew, before anybody agreed with you.
Unlocks · Deciding without needing one more opinion first.
Getting far enough back to see the size of the thing you are inside.
Unlocks · A hard month that is one month, rather than the whole horizon.
One intention your mind and your body both sign, in your own words.
Unlocks · Something that is still true on a bad Thursday.
Almost everything you have been offered works on the thinking, and thinking is genuinely half of it. It gets you to the decision and it gives you the language for it.
Then the decision has to survive a real week. That part is not a thinking problem. A choice made in a braced body gets quietly unmade by Thursday, and you call it discipline.
So we do both. Regulate first, so the body is not voting against the decision. Then choose. And it holds, because nothing inside you is fighting it.
The sessions helped me rebuild belief in myself and encouraged me not to settle for the first, second or third answer I get given, and instead look outside the box.
What happened next
Zara came to a couple of the workshops and was disappointed to miss the rest. Even so, a few weeks later she ran an event for her own company and led it heart first instead of business first. Months on she is still using the tools in how she shows up and how she leads projects.
That was two workshops. This is nine sessions, one to one.
Aradhana created a space that encouraged us to look forward and think more deeply about what is calling us, where we want to be and what we want to create for ourselves. There was enough structure to give the session direction and purpose, without it ever feeling rigid or overly prescribed. She has a beautiful ability to create and hold space for people while still gently guiding them forward. I left feeling connected, reflective and looking forward to exploring what might be possible next.
If you are ready to take the next step towards living abundantly, and in line with what you actually want for yourself rather than what you agreed to somewhere along the way, The Long View is built for exactly that.
You do not have to arrive certain about what you want. Almost nobody does. That is session one, and saying it out loud for the first time is usually the whole of it.
Because a house has that many parts. The first clears the site, the last hands you the keys, and the seven in between are the foundation, the floor, the frame, the rooms, the doors, the windows and the roof. It is not nine because nine sounded thorough. Taken out of order it stops working, which is why they are not sold separately.
Most people run weekly or fortnightly, so somewhere between two and five months. There is no deadline. What there is, is a rule: no session is booked until the last one has been lived with for at least a week.
You talk, I ask, and at some point we stop talking and work with the breath. There is always something your body does, never only something you hear. That is the part that makes it hold.
No, and I am not a therapist. I am a qualified IIN coach, a reiki master and a yoga teacher, and I have led teams for one of Australia's biggest retailers for over eleven years, inside a twenty year corporate career across manufacturing, automotive, retail, recruitment and entertainment. So this is coaching with the nervous system included, run by somebody who has spent two decades inside the kind of pressure you are describing. It does not replace therapy and it is not trying to. If you are already in therapy, this sits alongside it happily.
You use it. That is why you leave with one thing rather than a folder. You also get Lead with Confidence, my regulation and leadership app, free for the length of the programme. Five minutes to set the day up, five to close it, and a Sunday review. It is what keeps the practice going in the fortnight between us talking, so nothing resets to nothing.
Start with Sankalpa. Three sessions, and it is a beginning rather than a shorter version of this. It gets you moving, and plenty of people find that is exactly where they needed to start. The Long View is the whole arc, and it is there when you want it.
It is online, and that is deliberate rather than convenient. Things come up in this work, and when they do you are already in your own place. You can drink water, sit with it, and go to bed properly, instead of driving home an hour later with your nervous system still wide open. I also work with clients overseas, so we find a rhythm that suits both time zones.
You tell me what is actually going on and I ask the questions a former manager would ask. If The Long View is not the right thing I will say so on the call, and I will tell you what is.
