The apps

Regulation, wherever you are.

Seven apps, conceived, designed and built end to end while running a national portfolio full time. Four for grown-ups and three for children. Under five minutes a day, in your pocket.

A minute between meetings, on the train, or at nine at night. The tools that help you pause, breathe and choose again, ready whenever you need them. And if you need something built, the eighth tile is for you.

Sometimes your phone is a safer place to start than a person. You do not have to share every thought with everyone. Remember the diary you kept as a kid? This is that, brought back digitally and safely. What you write stays on your phone.

Boardroom & Breathwork™

Daily practice, mind and body.

A quiet space to meet yourself where you actually are, built for the working day rather than for a retreat. Five minutes to set the day up, a soft landing when it gets heavy, and five minutes to close it.

  • Calibrated. Your type and your state, read in that order. Six leadership profiles across six pathway stages, so no two people see the same thing.
  • Daily. Morning, day and night, with breathwork under Think and a Sunday review. Yesterday’s commitment seeds today’s intention.
  • Private. What you write stays on your phone. It never travels to a server.
  • The House. If you are doing Pathway to Peace, your programme code unlocks the habit stack you build with me, session by session.

“The structured prompts and gratitude tools are incredible. The UI is incredibly well designed and is profoundly beneficial for everyone’s personal journey.”

Sam & Sak™

Notice your default.

Sam is the part of you that repeats. Sak is the part that notices. Four steps, about as long as making a coffee: pause, breathe, notice, respond. Then Sak reads the day back to you in your own words.

  • The check-in. You say how you are, take two slow breaths before anything else, and name the thought underneath it.
  • The record. Over a few weeks it stops being a list and starts being a pattern. You cannot change a default you have never seen.
  • Private. Nothing you tap, write or draw leaves your phone. The app makes no network connections at all.

The characters came out of the coaching rather than the other way round. Sam is samskara, the groove repetition wears in you. Sak is the one who sees it.

Noticing big feelings.

Sam and Sak, for younger minds. Noticing the big feelings before they take over, at home, at school and on the sports field. For ages five to seventeen: the same practice, made for them.

Nimbu’s World

Calm for little ones.

Nervous system regulation, made fun. It exists because my nieces needed something and nothing out there was right.

  • Tap when you need me. Nimbu is there to breathe with, and its friends drop in to visit.
  • How are you feeling? Sparkly, tangy, sleepy, brave or wobbly, named in a child’s own words.
  • Something small. Gratitude, a journal, a dance, a body scan, and a small gift to keep, like “I am courageous”.
  • A tree that grows. Every lemon, blossom, bubble and star shows how far they have come.

Captain’s Walk

Building belief from within.

For your little athlete. Belief built from the inside, so it holds on the days the scoreboard does not.

If you need one built

These are all mine, built end to end. I can build yours.

Building is the part of my practice that makes the other parts repeatable. I am an engineer by background, and what is possible now is not what was possible three years ago. AI has moved custom tools from a six figure project to something a small business can genuinely afford.

Most teams are losing a day a week to work no human should be doing. Copying between systems, chasing the same status update, rekeying the same numbers, building the same report on a Friday afternoon. It is tedious, it is expensive, and it is the reason good people leave.

The point is not fewer people. It is better work from the ones you have. Take the tedious half away and the hours go back into the things that actually move the business, and into people learning something rather than grinding through a queue.

Engineered, not just prompted. In my corporate role I built a full digital platform and its mobile version, and every app on this page is designed and built end to end the same way.

The first one was not an app. It was a booking problem: long before any of this had a brand on it, I built a program inside a large organisation that made transport bookings straightforward for national customers. A working tool, used by real customers. Corporate first, then Arya Business Advisory, then the products.

For the little ones

“Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude.”

A.A. Milne · The House at Pooh Corner, 1928
