The apps

Four apps. Two live, two landing this year.

Conceived, designed, written and built, while running a national portfolio full time. Two are on the App Store now.

If you are here for one of them, they are below. If you are here because you need something built, this page is the answer to whether I can.

In your hand

Quiet. Daily. Yours.

Five minutes to set the day up, a soft landing when it gets heavy, and five minutes to close it.

Lead with Confidence

For you and your team

Regulation and leadership for anyone under pressure. Built for the working day rather than for a retreat.

  • Practices short enough to use before a meeting
  • An events section, so the sessions I run sit inside it
  • Works for a whole team, not only for one person

Inside Lead with Confidence

Calibrated. Daily. Private.

Calibrated

Six leadership profiles across six pathway stages, so thirty six pairings. No two people see the same thing.

Daily

Five minutes in the morning, five to close the day, and a Sunday review. Yesterday’s commitment seeds today’s intention.

Private

Architecturally incapable of leaking what anybody writes. Teams get engagement in aggregate, never content.

Two ways to use it

On your own, or across a team.

For you

One person

Download it and start. The morning ritual, the evening close, and the regulation tools you actually reach for when the day gets heavy.

For a team

A licensed cohort

Licences for your senior group with a seventy five day pilot built in, and engagement reports at day forty five and day seventy five in aggregate only, so you can see whether it is landing before you commit to a renewal.

Direct access to me throughout, and if it is not right at day seventy five you do not carry the unused days.

Two more, on the way.

September 2026

Nimbu’s World

Nervous system regulation, made fun. Built and submitted, waiting on paperwork rather than on code.

November 2026

Captain’s Walk

Supporting your little athlete. In build now.

In their words

From people using them.

The Rooted Journey came at the perfect time. It allowed me to connect back to my internal feeling of support, while being held by a beautiful community.

In Her Rhythm © · Rooted

I found myself slowing down and connecting with myself in a way I hadn’t for a long time. Grounding, insightful, and such a beautiful reminder.

If you have the opportunity to experience the journey through the root chakra, just say yes.

Where this started

The first one was not an app. It was a booking problem.

Long before any of this had a brand on it, I built a program inside a large organisation that made transport bookings straightforward for national customers.

Not a pilot and not a proof of concept. A working tool, used by real customers, solving something that had been costing people hours a week and goodwill they could not get back.

That is the order it happened in. Corporate first, then Arya Business Advisory, then the products. The apps on this page came out of the same habit: watch where the time goes, work out what the machine should be doing, and build that.

If you need one built

Otto builds these. He can build yours.

Otto is the part of my practice that builds things. I am an engineer by background, and what is possible now is not what was possible three years ago. AI has moved custom tools from a six figure project to something a small business can genuinely afford.

Most teams are losing a day a week to work no human should be doing. Copying between systems, chasing the same status update, rekeying the same numbers, building the same report on a Friday afternoon. It is tedious, it is expensive, and it is the reason good people leave.

The point is not fewer people. It is better work from the ones you have. Take the tedious half away and the hours go back into the things that actually move the business, and into people learning something rather than grinding through a queue.

That is what I mean by empowered. Not a poster in the kitchen. A team that has time to think, and gets to grow because of it.
