Sankalpa · a 3 part clarity experience

You want change. You just cannot see where it starts.

Not because you lack ambition or discipline. Because clarity comes before either one, and nobody ever teaches the clarity part.

Why it has not started yet

The wanting is not the problem.

You already know something needs to change. You have known for a while. Maybe it is the work, maybe it is a relationship, maybe it is the quiet hum of a life that looks right and does not feel like yours.

What keeps you stuck is not the courage. It is that when everything feels slightly wrong, you cannot tell which thread to pull first. So you research. You wait for certainty. You decide on a Monday and watch it dissolve by Thursday.

Here is what I know after twenty years leading in corporate and a decade of practice work: the mind decides, but the body ratifies. Change that only happens in your head does not survive the week. Sankalpa works with both.

The word

An intention set from the heart, not the head.

Sankalpa is a Sanskrit word. San, a connection with the highest truth. Kalpa, a vow. Together, a resolve that comes from who you already are rather than who you think you should become.

A goal says: I will fix this. A sankalpa says: this is what is true for me, and I am ready to live like it.

That is the difference between another plan and an actual turning point.

The shape of it

Three sessions. One thread.

Part one

The Drop

Before anything new, we find what you are carrying that was never yours to hold. The obligations, the stories, the version of you built for other people's comfort. We work somatically, not just conversationally, because your body has been keeping the list even when your mind lost track. You leave knowing exactly what you are putting down.

Part two

The Want

With the noise cleared, we listen for what is underneath. Not the sensible want, the strategic want, the want that keeps everyone comfortable. The real one, the one that arrives as a feeling before it arrives as a word. This is where most people meet their own desire clearly for the first time in years.

Part three

The Vow

We shape what you found into your sankalpa: one clear intention, stated in your own words, that your mind and body both agree to. Then the first real step, small enough to take this week, true enough to matter. You do not leave with a plan you will abandon. You leave with a direction you trust.

How it works

Practical, and built around your life.

Fit

Who this is for.

This is you if

You are capable, accomplished, and quietly circling the same decision you have been circling for months. You have done the journaling and the podcasts and the talking about it, and what you need now is to actually hear yourself.

This is not you if

You want someone to hand you the answer. The answer is yours. My work is getting you quiet enough, and safe enough, to hear it.

I built my career on making complex decisions clear, and my practice on knowing that no decision holds until the body agrees to it. Sankalpa is where both halves work on the same problem: yours.

Before you ask

The questions people actually have.

Do I need any experience with somatic work or meditation?

None. Every practice is guided and nothing requires a background in anything.

What if I do not know what I want at all?

Then you are exactly who this is for. Knowing what you want is the outcome, not the entry requirement.

Can the sessions be weekly?

Yes. One to two weeks apart works best, and we set the rhythm to your life.

What does it cost?

The full experience is one investment for all three sessions, and I share it in the first conversation so we can also talk about timing and fit in the same breath. If it is not right for you, I will say so.

What happens after part three?

You leave with your sankalpa and your first step. If you want ongoing support afterwards, we can talk about what that looks like, and there is no obligation to.

If not now, then when?

One conversation to see if this is right for you. No pitch, I would rather listen.
