You already understand yourself. That is not the thing in the way.
What gets in the way is everything that happens after you decide. The chatter starts. You second-guess something you were certain about a week ago, and you talk yourself back into the version everybody else is comfortable with. And the wanting does not leave. It just goes quiet.
Book a 20-minute call Eight sessions · online · the app and a workbook includedNothing is wrong. That is exactly the problem, because nothing being wrong is not a reason to keep going like this.
Books, therapy, a course, a coach. You understand yourself well, and none of it has changed what actually happens on an ordinary Tuesday.
At work, at home, or both. Nobody has asked how you are in a while and you have stopped noticing.
This is not a programme about wanting less. Nobody here is going to suggest you slow down or leave.
It is not the destination that is missing. It is not the will to get there either, and you have plenty of evidence for that.
The same thing keeps sitting in the lane. You have driven around it so many times that the detour has quietly become the route, and now it is not even a detour. It is just how you drive.
A roadblock is not a flaw in you. It is a groove worn by repetition, a road taken so often that it became the default. Which is also why deciding harder has never moved it.
That is why there are eight, and why they run in order. You cannot decide your way out of something you have not let yourself feel, and you cannot feel it safely until the ground underneath you will hold the weight.
This is what you will be working throughThe eight sessions, the six tools, and the road, on one page
Seventy five minutes each, taken in order. You leave every session with one thing you can use that week, not a folder.
Where you actually stand. The roadblock in your own words, what you have already tried and why it did not hold, and the resolve it is in the way of.
Unlocks · A short list of what actually shifts your state, and one sentence worth keeping.
Seeing the pattern you are actually running, before trying to fix any of it. What you are ready to leave behind.
Unlocks · The thing in your way, named in your own words rather than borrowed ones.
Feeling what sits underneath the pattern instead of managing around it. The guilt, and the grief nobody made room for.
Unlocks · Permission to feel it, which is what stops it running you from underneath.
Pressure meets practice. What you reach for when the feeling gets loud, and what it has quietly been costing.
Unlocks · Catching yourself in it, and reaching for a tool instead of the old default.
Two choices sit inside every roadblock. The right one arrives after the breath rather than before it.
Unlocks · Choosing from your own truth, where the outcome is a lesson rather than a verdict.
Leading by living it rather than announcing it, and letting back in the people you stopped letting close while you were holding everyone up.
Unlocks · Help you can actually accept, and people close enough to give it.
Removing what has been in the way of what is already yours. Doubt, perfectionism and holding back, all of it arriving dressed as a virtue.
Unlocks · Planting the seeds, and trusting the harvest instead of gripping it.
One intention your mind and your body both sign, in your own words, and the plan for the week it falls over.
Unlocks · Something that is still true on a bad Thursday.
Almost everything you have been offered works on the thinking, and thinking is genuinely half of it. It gets you to the decision and it gives you the language for it.
Then the decision has to survive a real week. That part is not a thinking problem. A choice made in a braced body gets quietly unmade by Thursday, and you call it discipline.
So every tool in the eight does the same job first. It moves you out of fight or flight and leaves you regulated enough to actually choose. From there the change you make is one you can keep, which is the whole distance between knowing what to do and doing it.
That is the whole of it. Getting out of your own way, because you cannot create anything new from a default response. That is all a default is: yesterday, running again, wearing today’s clothes.

Corporate leader running a high performing team across strategy, finance and transformation. IIN health coach, Reiki master, yoga teacher.
Twenty years across manufacturing, automotive, retail, recruitment and entertainment, eleven of them leading teams. I am not remembering the pressure you are describing from a decade ago. I am in it this week, same as you, which is the whole reason the eight are built the way they are.
I built my career on making complex decisions clear, and my practice on knowing that no decision holds until the body agrees to it. Over the eight, both halves work on the same problem: yours.
The sessions helped me rebuild belief in myself and encouraged me not to settle for the first, second or third answer I get given, and instead look outside the box.
What happened next
Zara came to a couple of the workshops and was disappointed to miss the rest. Even so, a few weeks later she ran an event for her own company and led it heart first instead of business first. Months on she is still using the tools in how she shows up and how she leads projects.
That was two workshops. This is eight sessions, one to one.
Aradhana created a space that encouraged us to look forward and think more deeply about what is calling us, where we want to be and what we want to create for ourselves. There was enough structure to give the session direction and purpose, without it ever feeling rigid or overly prescribed. She has a beautiful ability to create and hold space for people while still gently guiding them forward. I left feeling connected, reflective and looking forward to exploring what might be possible next.
If you are ready to take the next step towards living abundantly, and in line with what you actually want for yourself rather than what you agreed to somewhere along the way, Pathway to Success is built for exactly that.
You do not have to arrive certain about what you want. Almost nobody does. That is session one, and saying it out loud for the first time is usually the whole of it.
Six stages, and a bookend at each end. The first maps where you actually stand, the last hands you one sentence you keep, and the six in between are awareness, permission, regulation, decision, influence and excellence. They run in order because you cannot decide your way out of something you have not let yourself feel yet, and you cannot feel it safely until the ground will hold you. Taken out of order it stops working, which is why they are not sold separately.
Most people run weekly or fortnightly, so somewhere between two and four months. There is no deadline. What there is, is a rule: no session is booked until the last one has been lived with for at least a week.
You talk, I ask, and at some point we stop talking and work with the breath. There is always something your body does, never only something you hear. That is the part that makes it hold.
One habit a week, from session two onwards, anchored to something you already do without deciding to. It is written as a single sentence and shrunk until you are certain you would do it on the worst day of the week. Six of them by the end, small on purpose. The point is not the minutes. It is the evidence that you can change something and have it stay changed.
No, and I am not a therapist. I am a qualified IIN coach, a reiki master and a yoga teacher, and I have led teams for one of Australia's biggest retailers for over eleven years, inside a twenty year corporate career across manufacturing, automotive, retail, recruitment and entertainment. So this is coaching with the nervous system included, run by somebody who has spent two decades inside the kind of pressure you are describing. It does not replace therapy and it is not trying to. If you are already in therapy, this sits alongside it happily.
You use it. That is why you leave with one thing rather than a folder. The habit tracking lives in the app, so it does not need to come through a message at all, and voice notes are there for the thing you could not have predicted. I reply once a weekday, grouped, and nothing on weekends. Anything that needs a real answer is a session topic and I will say so.
Then start at a workshop rather than a smaller version of this. The workshop is the same method in miniature and it is a much smaller yes. Plenty of people find that is exactly where they needed to start, and this is here when you want it.
It is online, and that is deliberate rather than convenient. Things come up in this work, and when they do you are already in your own place. You can drink water, sit with it, and go to bed properly, instead of driving home an hour later with your nervous system still wide open. I also work with clients overseas, so we find a rhythm that suits both time zones.
You tell me what is actually going on and I ask the questions a former manager would ask. If Pathway to Success is not the right thing I will say so on the call, and I will tell you what is.
