Reiki, aromatic kinesiology and coaching, in the room in St Kilda or anywhere in the world. Book one directly. Nothing here needs you to have done anything like it before.
Aromatic kinesiology, reiki and coaching, in one sitting. Your body chooses the oil, the reiki does the settling, and the conversation catches what surfaces.
Distant reiki and coaching over video, wherever in the world you are. The same work, sent rather than given in the room.
Reiki sent to you at a time we agree. No call and no camera, so you can be asleep, at your desk, or on a plane.
Not sure which? Ask me and I will point you at the right one.
Not me. Not a chart, and not whatever smells nice on the day.
Through a simple muscle response, your system points to what it needs, and the blend is made from that.
Why it works when talking has not. The body answers before the mind has time to be polite about it. People who have been circling the same problem out loud for months often find the honest answer arrives in ninety seconds, through the nose.
A sentence about what you are circling. Not a history and not a timeline. Just the thing.
A light muscle test against the oils, and your system points at two or three of them. Most people are surprised by at least one.
Mixed in front of you, labelled, and yours to keep using. Then we talk about what it chose, and what that might be telling you.
I came to the session feeling out of alignment and uncertain about what was contributing to that feeling. I left feeling grounded, with a sense of clarity, calm and a deeper connection to myself.
I’m also incredibly grateful for an unexpected insight that came up during the session. A specific health-related test came to mind, and I felt strongly prompted to follow it up. Trusting that intuition turned out to be an important decision, and it’s unlikely I would have taken that step had I not had the session so a double thank you!
Where it lives. In The Attunement, and woven through Sankalpa and The Long View where it serves the work. Online sessions are the one place it cannot go, because it needs your body in the room.
Most people book without being able to name the thing, and then apologise for that on the call. You do not have to arrive with a tidy sentence. This is what walks through the door most often.
The morning dread, the tight chest, and a mind that will not put it down.
The thing you keep reaching for, and what it has been standing in for.
The voice that gets there before you do, usually in your own words.
Fresh, or years old. It does not expire and it does not need explaining.
The flatness. Wanting to want things again.
A move, a birth, a diagnosis, an ending. Ground that will not sit still.
Knowing it is time, and not knowing what comes next.
Yourself inside it, whether or not the other person ever comes.
If this is the language you use, it is the language I will use back.
None of this needs a diagnosis first, and none of it needs explaining before you arrive. If what you need is medical or psychological care, I will say so, and I will help you find the right person for it.
Twelve areas, and food is only one of them. You rate each one honestly, and the shape tells you something a list never does. Most people arrive certain about which part is the problem, and the circle quietly disagrees with them.
A made up circle, not anyone’s. The person who drew this one booked to talk about their career, which is one of the fuller segments. The work was further down.
The circle of life is a tool from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
You cannot read the label from inside the jar. Someone standing outside your life can see the shape of it.
Not a friend, not your partner, not your manager. No one who needs a particular answer out of you.
You decide what changes. I do not arrive with a plan for your life already written.
Most of what surfaces has never been put into a full sentence before. That on its own moves something.
Someone expects you next time and asks what happened, without making you feel behind.
You do not have to fix all twelve, and you would not want to try. Lifting one low segment usually lifts the two either side of it, which is why we start at the bottom rather than everywhere at once.
Reiki is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, and I will always say so if that is what you need. What it does do is give your nervous system somewhere to put things down.
You do not have to believe in anything. You do not have to explain yourself first, and you will not be asked to relive anything. Your body does that part, and it does it at whatever pace it decides.
