Sam & Sak™

Sam is the part of you that repeats. Sak is the part that notices. A few minutes a day, and Sam’s pattern starts to show.

Four steps, and the whole thing takes about as long as making a coffee. Pause, breathe, notice, respond. Then Sak reads the day back to you in your own words.

Sam and Sak, introduced
Today in Sam & Sak
What it actually does

A check-in, a record, and something short to read.

The check-in is the whole app. You say how you are, you take two slow breaths before anything else, and you name the thought underneath it. Over a few weeks the record stops being a list and starts being a pattern, which is the point. You cannot change a default you have never seen.
