Freedom, abundance and worthiness. Your birthright. For the woman who holds everything together, and has not been asked how she is in a long time. A walk through the seven chakras, one shadow to one right at a time, led by seven companions who feel like parts of you.

I have led teams for eleven years. Four of those years were finance roles that ran me into burnout, and it did not stay at work. It came home with me, and the people I love felt it before I did.
Wellness is what brought me back. Not as a hobby on the side, as the thing that changed how I lead, how I listen, and how I hold a room when the decisions are hard and everyone wants something different.
Now I coach, I teach, and I run this. In Her Rhythm © is the walk I wish someone had handed me at the start, built for the woman who holds everything together and has not been asked how she is in a long time.
Ending the day calm.
asleep by ten, not scrolling at midnight. A nervous system that finally feels safe enough to rest.
Asking, and receiving.
The raise, the support, the love you give so freely. Said cleanly, landing fully.
Just knowing.
No more overthinking every decision. A quiet, certain knowing, and the trust to follow it.
Not earned, not awarded, not something you become worthy of later. Each of the seven chakras carries one, and each one gets taken quietly, usually early, usually by something that was not your fault.
Read them again and notice which one you flinched at. That is where the work is, and that is where we start.
Most of us are fluent in the first and frightened of the second. So we describe the ailment instead, because describing it feels like doing something about it and it costs nothing.
I will not push you and I will not shame you. But I cannot want it on your behalf, and you do not have to be ready. You only have to be honest about where you actually are.
You do not have to do all of it, and not in order. Most women start with the letters, because it costs nothing and asks nothing of you.
One to one, in person in St Kilda or online from anywhere. Aromatic kinesiology, reiki and coaching, or the nine week walk from root to crown.

No streaks. No catching up. No "you missed a day." A slow, beautiful walk home to your body, one chapter at a time, woven with your cycle, with an Innerkind companion greeting you at every door.
Each day holds a short letter, a two-minute morning practice, and a soft place to land in the evening. Some days, the app will ask you to do less. That isn't a glitch. It's the point.
Everything you write stays on your phone. What you own, you keep. No subscription.
A letter most Sundays. On worth, rest, self-sabotage, the body, and what actually gets in the way of the life you can already picture.
Free. Leave whenever you like, no hard feelings. Or read them all first.
You are on the list.
The next letter arrives on a Sunday. Read the ones already out.
Seven companions, one for each part of you, and each one unblocks a piece of your abundance: safety, permission, worth, receiving, your voice, knowing, allowing.
"you're safe now. you can rest."
"your wanting was never too much."
"take up all your space."
"you can receive as fully as you give."
"say the true thing, gently, but say it."
"you already know. trust it."
"let one thing be enough, and let it come."
I loved the sweet touch of the flower opening a little more with every message. Aradhana makes you feel truly cared for. Highly recommend, and would participate again.
I found myself slowing down and connecting with myself in a way I hadn't for a long time. Grounding, insightful and such a beautiful reminder of the importance of creating space to tune in and listen within.
This journey has been so beautiful, gentle and enlightening. Thank you from the very bottom of my heart.
I run two, because they are genuinely different, and people kept asking me for the second one.
Five minutes to set the day up, five to close it, and a Sunday review. Built around the load you carry at work, and the meeting you have to walk into at eleven.
Seven chapters, twenty eight days each, root to crown. Built around the seven energy centres and around a body that does not run on a flat line.
Not sure? Pick the one that matches the timescale you are struggling with. If it is getting through Thursday, start with the day. If it is the whole season of your life, start with the cycle. Plenty of people end up using both.
The quiz costs nothing and takes two minutes. The letters cost nothing and ask nothing. If you already know you want the room, take twenty free minutes with me and we will work out which door is yours.
