The Podcast

Living abundantly,
with ease.

For women who hold everything together. No guru voice, no five-step framework, no advice from someone who read it in a book. A woman walking it and reporting back.

Two episodes are up now, on all four. New ones land when there is something worth saying.

The episodes

Two to start with, so you do not have to wait.

Episode 01

Rescuer, self-excavator, abundant.

8 August 2026 · about 21 minutes

For most of my life, I was the one who helped. If you were struggling, I was there. If something needed fixing, I fixed it. If a room went tense, I softened it before anyone noticed it had.

Being the person who rescues everybody is one of the most effective ways there is to never once look at yourself.

This first episode is the whole arc in one sitting. What rescuing looked like, why it felt like love, what it was actually doing, and the years of self-excavation that came after. And then the part nobody warns you about: what happens when you stop rescuing and have to sit in a room with yourself.

It ends somewhere I did not expect, which is not empowered. Abundant. There is a difference, and this episode is about that difference.

Episode 02

What was actually in the way.

8 August 2026 · about 21 minutes

I spent six years knowing exactly what I wanted to build. And not building it. I thought that was a time problem. It was not.

Abundance does not fail at the wallet. It fails at the worth.

This one goes into what self-sabotage actually looked like for me, why the corporate world became somewhere to hide, and the little girl who learned that asking for things got you into trouble. It also holds the idea the whole of this work rests on, which is that every chakra carries a shadow and a gift, and they live in the same place.

This episode talks about abuse and family violence. Nothing graphic, but please take care of yourself with it.

What it is

Short, honest, and not trying to fix you.

Episodes land when there is something worth saying, not on a schedule that turns it into content.

About twenty minutes

A commute, a walk, the washing up. Long enough to land, short enough that you will actually finish it.

Told, not performed

Spoken from my own life, including the parts that do not make me look good. Especially those.

Body first

Where the thing we are talking about actually lives in you, and one small practice you can take with you.

No guru voice

I am walking this too. I will tell you what worked and what took me eleven years to see.

Who it is for

The woman everybody relies on.

  • You are competent, capable, and quietly running on empty.
  • People come to you. You do not go to anyone.
  • You can name what everyone around you needs, and not what you need on a Tuesday.
  • You have read the books and done the courses and something still has not moved.
  • You are done performing wellness and want the real conversation instead.

If you recognised yourself in more than two of those, start with episode one.
