Breathwork studios, apartment buildings, member clubs, launch nights and office floors. Mixed rooms, men and women, most of whom did not arrive expecting to enjoy it. Different rooms, the same job: get people out of their heads and back into their bodies.
Why people come Or host oneYou already know what you want. Most people do. What gets in the way is a nervous system that has been running hot for months and has stopped believing it is safe to want anything.
Two hours will not fix a year. What it does is give you an experience of what settled feels like, so you can recognise it again on an ordinary Tuesday.
And you leave with the things that make it repeatable. An oil blended on the day, a card, and two or three actions in your own handwriting.
Nothing here needs you to have done anything like it before.
The first of seven, one for each energy centre. Breathwork led by Tara Phillips, with reiki and aromatherapy from me throughout. No experience needed with any of it.
Get a ticket →The first of the weekly Lead with Confidence masterclasses. How to set a goal your nervous system will cooperate with, rather than one you abandon by October.
Book in the app →What to do in week three, when the novelty has gone and the old pattern is arguing its case.
Book in the app →Change asks your body for something before it asks your diary. This is the session about the first part.
Book in the app →The launch of the app, for an invited room.
You arrive, you are handed an oil before anything is explained, and you are told nothing is needed from you for the next two hours. Then we work.

Everyone leaves with a journal, an oil roller blended on the day, a card and two or three actions in their own handwriting. Nothing to bring, nothing to buy, and nobody is sold anything in the room.
I joined this Manifestation and Connection event with no previous experience and honestly with some doubts, but from the very first minute, Aradhana made me feel warmly welcomed and completely at ease. She is genuinely interested in people and creates a warm and safe atmosphere.
Together with practical tools and exercises, you explore what you truly need. For me, it helped trigger new thoughts and encouraged me to look at myself more critically and honestly.
This event sparked a new interest in personal growth, and I am definitely going to continue working on myself. If you feel stuck, experience a block, or simply want to create change in your life, I can highly recommend Aradhana to guide and support you on that journey.
You can tell when someone loves the work they do, and Aradhana is a clear example of this. The day was filled with intention setting, connection, and laughs all round. Will definitely be booking Aradhana for reiki sessions, cannot wait.
Wellness is not just about the body but also about the mind. These workshops help you put time aside to nourish the mind in different ways. I attended a couple and they made a positive difference for me.
The sessions helped me rebuild belief in myself and encouraged me not to settle for the first, second or third answer I get given, and instead look outside the box.
Lemongrass, chosen to move a room from restricted to expansive on a night when everybody in it was starting something. Strangers came over to ask what it was.
Two hours on the eighth of the eighth for neighbours who had never met. Booked by the building, free to the residents. The room made its own group chat before they left, and more are booked this year.
Running since 2025 and continuing through 2026. Members who already train hard and recover well, and are usually missing the part that happens above the neck.
For a weeknight, for people arriving straight from work. Best as a first gathering.
The extra half hour is space, not content. Best when food is involved.
In order, root to crown. The one worth pushing for, because by session three nobody is performing.
Inside the working day, plainer language, built for people who did not choose to be there. How that runs →
You have the space and the list. I bring the session, the materials and the structure.
The building books it, the residents come free.
Book clubs, school groups, or fifteen people in a living room with food.
Getting your people, and you, out of your heads and into your bodies. Which is where the good decisions get made, and the place worth leading from anyway.
Tell me about your room and what you want people walking out with. Thirty minutes is enough to shape it.
