A monthly home for women coming back to themselves. One companion a month, a live circle, and the quiet company of women walking the same way.

What it is

Most memberships give you more to do. This one gives you somewhere to be.

You do not need another library of content you will never finish. You need a rhythm, and people who notice when you go quiet.

The Circle is a monthly membership built around the seven companions. Each month we sit with one of them. We open a block, we practise it in the body, and then we let it settle before moving on. Twelve months in, you have walked the whole way home, and you have not done a single day of it alone.

Freedom, abundance and worthiness are your birthright. The Circle is where you practise living like that is true.

It is ongoing, so there is nothing to catch up on and nothing to fall behind in. Life will interrupt. The Circle is still there in the morning.

What you get

Every month, the same four things.

Simple on purpose. Four things you can actually keep up with, in the middle of a real life.

A live circle call

Ninety minutes with me and the women, once a month. Teaching, a live practice, and space to be coached in front of people who get it.

The month's companion

One of the seven leads each month, with her chakra, her oils, her practices and her particular block to unlock.

A practice pack

Short guided meditations, a breath practice, journalling prompts and the essential oil blend for that chakra. Two minutes on a hard day, longer when you have it.

The women

An ongoing private community, and a monthly thread where we each name the one thing we are practising. Being witnessed is half the work.

The rhythm

How a month actually runs.

Four weeks, four movements. It follows your cycle, so it follows your energy rather than fighting it.

Week one

Meet her

The live call. We open the month's companion together and name what she is here to unblock in you.

Week two

Practise

Your energy is rising. This is the week for the practice, the oils and the honest journalling.

Week three

Live it

Take it out into your actual life. The conversation, the ask, the boundary, the receiving.

Week four

Let it land

Rest and integration. No new input. We close in the community thread and let the month settle in the body.

Who it is for

She is doing well, and she is tired of holding it all together.

  • She has read the books and done the courses, and it still has not reached her body.
  • She gives generously and goes quiet when it is her turn to receive.
  • She wants consistency more than intensity, because intensity is what burnt her out.
  • She wants women around her who are not competing with her.
Who it is not for

It will not suit everyone, and that is fine.

  • If you want a seven-day fix, this is the wrong pace.
  • If you want to stay in your head, the body work will frustrate you.
  • If you are in crisis, you deserve proper clinical support first. I will always say so.
The founding circle

The founding rate is A$44.

The Circle is A$88 a month. The founding intake pays A$44, and keeps that rate for as long as they stay. Join any day of the month, not just the first. Put your name down and you will hear before anyone else.

No spam, ever. Just the doors opening, and letters worth reading in between.

Questions

The things women usually ask.

Do I need the app as well?

No, though most members use it. The app is the daily practice, the Circle is the monthly company. The first chapter, Rooted, is free either way.

What if I join halfway through a month?

You join the month that is already running, and you get everything in it straight away: the companion, the practice pack, and the recording of that month's live call. Your billing starts the day you join, not the first of the month. There is no waiting and nothing to catch up on.

What if I miss a live call?

Every call is recorded and shared. Missing one is not falling behind, because there is nothing to fall behind in.

Do I have to talk on the calls?

Never. Plenty of women listen for months before they say a word, and that is a completely legitimate way to be in a circle.

Can I leave?

Any time, in two clicks. I would rather you stayed because it is working than because leaving is difficult.

Is this therapy?

No. It is embodiment coaching: somatic, practical and forward-moving. It is not a substitute for mental health care, and I will always say so if that is what would serve you better.
